Smoking addiction is still considered a serious problem in modern society. Like any other addiction, smoking habit often forms due to a person’s natural need for pleasure and is almost always associated with traumatic experiences in childhood.

Nicotine is the strongest poison for our body. It causes various health conditions, including bronchitis, lung cancer, cardiovascular disease, stomach ulcer,  gum inflammation,  oral cancer, infertility, fetus development defects during pregnancy, and overall reduced life expectancy.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way to quit smoking. However, if you are a heavy smoker, effectiveness of the therapy will depend on how motivated and patient you are, since nicotine dependence affects not only the psyche, but also the chemical composition of your body. This type of therapy is designed to help you learn how to gain control over your habits.

Quitting smoking takes 21 days. This will be a step-by-step therapy divided into one session per week. You will need 4 sessions in total, including a preliminary consultation.

These are the positive effects that you will experience as soon as you quit smoking:

  • 20 minutes - pulse and blood pressure normalize

  • 8 hours - nicotine levels in your blood go down improving its circulation

  • 1 day - the work of the lungs and digestion system improves, carbon monoxide (CO) is removed from the body

  • 2 days - nicotine is excreted

  • 3 days - energy level increases, breathing becomes easier

  • 1 month - nicotine withdrawal syndrome passes and immunity is restored
