Mental  Disorders

psychische problemen

Mental disorders are associated with the psychological state of a person. According to statistics, every third person suffers from various mental conditions. Most often, psychological problems form in childhood and then "accompany" us in adulthood.  But in order for them to come out,  additional emotional factors get involved, such as stress, anxiety, dissatisfaction with life, despair,  and anger. Many disorders form as a result of a traumatic or negative experience in the past,  or due to uncontrolled inadequate reactions to a specific situation.

Throughout life, people accumulate a lot of negative feelings in their subconscious mind, which contributes to the development and manifestation of very serious psychological problems.
These include:

  • stress, chronic fatigue and exhaustion

  • nervousness, mild depression

  • anxiety and insomnia

  • phobias, fears and panic attacks

  • negative self-esteem, self-doubt

  • contact problems

  • loneliness and guilt

  • uncontrollable anger and aggression

  • eating disorder

Hypnotherapy helps to identify the nature of the disorder as well as detect hidden problems that caused it. Cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychoanalysis have proved to be successful methods for curing such conditions. During the therapy process, a person will be able to realize the reasons that stand behind their pyschological problems.  They will finally manage to let their true emotions out, make the right decision in life and learn how to adapt to the existing reality. Unfortunately, we cannot change the world around us or the events of the past, but we can reconfigure our brain in such a way that it responds to stressful factors in a new, calm way and without damage to our health.
